Request for Catering Services 

All orders for catering services must be requested using the request form on the chefd215.com website. All sections of the form must be completed prior to processing a catering or event order. 

The request shall provide details about the catered event, as follows: 

● Contact information 

● Nature of the event (i.e., breakfast, lunch, etc.) 

● Type of Service (Drop off, Full service, Private Dinner) 

● Date of event 

● Number of participants 

A representative will reach out to you within 48 hours of submitting your request for catering 

Advanced Notice: Availability for catering is not guaranteed. It is recommended that catering orders are placed within a week's notice or more to ensure the date is available. Orders that are placed or changed within 5 business days of the event date will be charged a rush fee of $50. 

Guarantee: To ensure an adequate amount of food, a guaranteed number of attendance must be stated at the time of placing a request for catering. This number can not be decreased. Any overages will be charged Any menu specificities must be described as well. 

Delivery and Catering Services: Clients have the option to choose drop off catering or full service. With drop off catering food will come in aluminum pans without warmers and utensils unless discussed otherwise. With full service catering, warmers, serving utensils and 2 serving chefs are provided for and the allotted time frame discussed prior. 

Additional Charges: 

25% Gratuity (Varies due to COVID-19)

$50 per hour per chef (full service catering only) 

Payment: To secure the date of your event a deposit of 50% of the total balance is required. This deposit is nonrefundable. The remaining balance must be paid 5 business days prior to the date of the event. Past due balances risk 15% convenience fee or cancellation of service.

Cancelation: Cancelations are accepted any time before the date of your event. Deposits are not refundable due to cancelation. Customers are able to receive credit in the amount of the deposit minus 15% convenience fee that can be used at a later date. Private dinner engagements have a 30 minute grace period for arrival. Any time after the grace period will result in cancelation of your reservation and a 50% charge to the full balance.

Alcoholic Beverages 

Chef Ds’ Cuisine does not possess a liquor license and in accordance with the Pennsylvania Alcoholic Beverage Control, is not able to sell alcoholic beverages. The customers may provide their own alcoholic beverages and service.
